Trusting users with permanent access to sensitive IT assets is risky. Secure the most sensitive assets by granting temporary access only when absolutely required after multiple levels of approval from managers and administrators.
Securden Password Vault acts as jump host while launching remote connections to IT assets. This prevents direct access to sensitive IT assets which can render your network vulnerable to attack strategies such as the infamous man-in-the middle attacks.
By periodically comparing the hashes of passwords stored in the vault against the list of breached credentials available from previous data leaks, Securden discovers stolen credentials and breached passwords and flags them for reset.
To avoid the well-known risks associated with hardcoding credentials, Securden provides an extensive set of APIs which can be used to retrieve credentials from the vault for safe application-application and application-database communication.
Browser extensions are available that help capture, store, and autofill credentials to fill forms for web applications on the go. Mobile applications facilitate secure access to credentials from handheld devices. An optional dedicated desktop application is also available.
