Configuring Vendor Access¶
To set up and configure vendor access portal in Securden Unified PAM, follow these steps for easy and secure management:
Enable Vendor Access¶
- Go to the ‘Admin’ section of Securden Unified PAM and select ‘Configure Vendor Access’.
- Once there, switch on the ‘Activate Vendor Access’ toggle. This action enables internet access to your Securden product for the vendors, allowing them to securely connect and perform their tasks remotely.
Create the Vendor Access Portal¶
- After activating vendor access, you can create a "Vendor Access Portal" for your organization on Securden Cloud. This is done by completing the form that appears once the toggle is enabled.
- Fill in the required details such as the first name, last name, company name, email address, and domain name. This information will be used to generate a unique URL to access the portal.
Provide Access to Vendors¶
- Once the portal is created, you will receive the unique URL. This URL is then shared with the vendors when they are onboarded. The vendors will use this link to securely access the system and carry out their tasks as authorized.
